Annual Meeting awards
and recognition

By Dana Abrahamson

On June 18, Historic Georgetown proudly recognized some of our dedicated board members, volunteers, and HGI members at the Annual Membership Meeting.

Dana Abrahamson presented certificates to three outgoing officers of the Management Committee: Chairman of the Board Matt Skeen, Vice-Chairman Bill Wilson, and Corporate Secretary Lee Behrens. HGI recognizes these officers, who had served for the last three years, for their commitment to the organization.

HGI awarded the highest level of membership, Life Patron, to Tom and Sally Patterson of Georgetown and St. Paul, Minnesota, for their strong support of the Centennial Mill project this past year.

Pauline Wolf of Georgetown is HGI's outstanding volunteer of the year. She works as a Hamill House docent and frequently helps in the office with membership, mailings, and other administrative projects.

For information about how you can get more involved with Historic Georgetown, please contact the office at (303) 569-2840.

Historic Georgetown thanks our many members, volunteers, and supporters - it is with your continued involvement that we are able to preserve and contribute to this wonderful place.
