"A Stroll Down Alpine Street"

Did you ever wonder what stories the historic commercial and civic buildings in downtown Georgetown have to tell? Here's your chance to find out. Bill Wilson, HGI Board Member and local historian, will lead "A Stroll Down Alpine Street," a one-hour walking tour, June 9. Meet at 9 a.m. at the garden between the Community Center and the John Tomay Memorial Library. The tour, sponsored by the Friends of the Library, is free and open to the public. Wilson's walking-tour booklet will be available for sale for $4.
