The Annual Plume Players Melodrama will be presented this year at the Large Town Hall. The melodrama, written and produced by George Downing, is entitled "Room for One More Wagon or Not in My Backyard." Performances (at which you will have the pleasure of booing the villain or cheering the heroine) will be held on April 29th & 30th ; May 6th & 7th , 13th & 14th and 20th & 21st. Ticket Prices are $25 for adults, $20 for seniors and $15 for children. A buffet dinner is included. Call (303) 569-2023 or (303) 569-2850 for information and reservations.

July 4th Ice Cream Social will be held in Dinger Park from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

July 29th - 30th "A Touch of Cornwall" tour of 8 historic homes and several public buildings is the first ever tour of Silver Plume designed to give you a glimpse into the past history of this unique mining area. Cornish food along with regular menus will be available at our local eating establishments. Advanced tickets are $8; day of tour $10. Proceeds to benefit People for Silver Plume Inc.
