1. JAMES HAGGART married CHARLOTTE ROBERTSON in Kinclaven, Perth, Scotland, 26 November, 182647. They had eight children:

Second Generation

11. JOHN HAGGART was born in Kinclaven, Perth, Scotland, 27 November, 1828. No further data.

12. JAMES H. HAGGART, a miner, was born in Scotland about 183148, and christened in Kinclaven, Perth, 10 April, 1831. He married CATHERINE G. McNULTY, born in Cumberland, Maryland about 1841. She was the daughter of Michael McNulty who came from Ireland and Catherine (Hayes?) whose parents came from Ireland. "Jim" and "Kate" must have lived in (Hannibal?) Missouri about 1865 as the 1880 U S Census lists "Missouri" as the birthplace of the first son. Kate's uncle, Arthur McNulty, then lived in Hannibal. They probably came to Brownville, (Silver Plume) Colorado about 1871, as the second son was born in Colorado, 6 June, 1872. The family moved from Brownville to Georgetown about 1879 where they lived in the second house from the northeast corner of Third and Argentine Streets, across the street from the Hamill family.
Jim and Kate are known to have had at least six children:

Jim49 died in Georgetown, Colorado of measles and was buried in south lot 4, block 30, Alvarado Cemetery at Georgetown 26 August, 1894. Kate, "Nanna", moved to a new home built in Denver about 1901, where she lived out her remaining years. She was accompanied by her sons, Henry, James and John Joseph, until they died, John Joseph in 1905, Henry in 1913, and James in 1914. In April, 1915, her daughter, Katherine Bernadette, with her husband and family, moved in from Georgetown. Nanna Haggart died in her home at 237 South Logan Street in Denver, 4 March, 1925. She was bedridden for four years before she succumbed to cardio-renal-vascular decomposition. She was buried in Mount Olivet Cemetery in Denver, section 10, block 8, lot 9, on 7 March, 1925.

Third Generation

121. HENRY A. HAGGART was born in (Hannibal?) Missouri, 12 October, 1865. He remained a bachelor until his death of "Miner's T.B." (pulmonary tuberculosis) at his mother's home in Denver, 14 September, 1913. He was buried at Mount Olivet Cemetery, section 10, Block 7, lot 11, on 16 September, 1913.

122. JAMES W. HAGGART was born in Brownville, Colorado on 6 June, 1872. "Jim" was also a miner and remained unmarried until his death in Georgetown, Colorado on 26 December, 1914 of alcoholism and exposure. He was buried in Alvarado Cemetery at Georgetown on 29 December, 1914.

123. SYLVESTER HAGGART was born in Brownville, Colorado on 23 July, 1874. He died 11 August, 1889 and was buried in Glendale, south block 5, Alvarado Cemetery at Georgetown where his grave marker remained in place and legible, 26 May, 1995.

124. MARY J. HAGGART was born in Brownville, Colorado 19 August, 1876. She died 21 May, 1878 and was buried in Glendale, south block 5, Alvarado Cemetery in Georgetown where her grave marker remained in place and legible, 26 May, 1995.

125. KATHERINE BERNADETTE HAGGART was born in Brownville, Colorado 10 August, 1878. "Kate" was the bride of HOCKLEY THOMAS HAMILL of Georgetown, Colorado. They were married in Georgetown, 5 January, 1900. Kate and "Tom" had nine children. She died a widow at the age of eighty-three, 31 August, 1961 at her daughter Dorothy's house, 5160 Rowland Street, in Littleton, Colorado from advanced age and complications arising from a broken hip. She was buried beside Tom in the Hamill family plot at Riverside Cemetery in Denver, lot 178, block 13. (For descendency see HENRY HAMILL, 1175.).

126. JOHN JOSEPH HAGGART was born in Colorado, probably Georgetown, 26 March, 1881. John was a miner. Nothing else is known of him. He died in Denver, 23 October, 1905, cause not specified, and was buried in Alvarado Cemetery, location undetermined, Georgetown, Colorado, 26 October, 1905.
